Graphic Designer

Vantage Twentysix is the creative studio of a group of companies in food, real estate, engineering and consulting, based in Kosovo, Albania and Germany. Most of your work will be for these companies. We also work with startups and larger companies across Europe. As a Graphic Designer, you work on how these brands look everywhere: on billboards, packaging, print, websites and social media.
What you’ll do
- Brand identities: logos, colours, typography and brand guidelines.
- Campaigns for billboards, outdoor, print and digital.
- Digital ads for social media, display networks, websites and video platforms, in all the sizes each channel needs.
- Packaging, labels, flyers and other print materials.
- Presentations and pitch decks for our companies, clients and investors.
- Working with our Lead Designer, developers and clients on each project from start to finish.
What you bring
- At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer at an agency, studio or in-house team.
- A strong portfolio. Published work is a plus, but concept and personal projects are welcome too.
- Very good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.
- Experience preparing files for print, including large format.
- You know how to adapt a design for a billboard as well as for a phone screen.
- You can work independently, present your work and handle feedback.
- Albanian and English. German is a plus.
Nice to have
- Motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere).
- Experience with international clients.
- Illustration, 3D or photography skills.
