Senior UI/UX Designer

Vantage Twentysix is the creative studio of a group of companies in food, real estate, engineering and consulting, based in Kosovo, Albania and Germany. Most of your work will be for these companies, from websites to digital platforms and apps. We also work with startups and larger companies across Europe. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you are responsible for how our digital products work and feel, from the first idea to the final screen. This is one of the most important roles in our team, so we are looking for someone whose work stands out.
What you’ll do
- Design websites, web platforms and mobile apps, from research to final UI.
- Plan user flows, wireframes and prototypes, and test them with real users.
- Build and maintain design systems in Figma.
- Work closely with our developers so the designs are built as intended.
- Improve live products based on data, feedback and testing.
- Present your work to our companies and clients, and explain your decisions.
- Work alongside our Lead Designer and support the Graphic Designers on digital projects.
What you bring
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design. The quality of your work matters more to us than the number of years.
- An outstanding portfolio with case studies that show your process, not only the final screens.
- Very good knowledge of Figma, including components, variables and prototyping.
- Experience designing responsive websites and mobile apps.
- A good understanding of accessibility and usability.
- Basic knowledge of how websites are built (HTML, CSS), so you can talk to developers in their language.
- You can lead a project on your own and give clear feedback to others.
- Albanian and English. German is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketplaces, e-commerce or booking platforms.
- Motion design for interfaces (Lottie, After Effects, Framer).
- Experience with Webflow or Framer.
- Experience designing products in more than one language.
